We specialise exclusively in domestic cleaning, providing regular weekly and fortnightly services to our valued clients. This allows us to offer our team stable hours, consistent schedules, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the families they care for.
We have built our reputation on exceptional service, attention to detail, and a genuine personal touch. Our clients trust us to care for their homes, and we take great pride in delivering a consistently high standard of cleaning.

Essential Requirements
Cleaning is a physically demanding role, so applicants must be fit, healthy, and capable of performing manual tasks throughout the day.
To be considered, you must also have:
- A current Australian driver's licence.
- A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
- The right to work in Australia.
- Valid Police check

1. You are healthy and capable with no existing injuries that will restrict your ability to do physical and strenuous labour

Step 2 - Apply

Step 3 - Trial
Once we receive your application, we'll be in touch to arrange a paid trial shift.
The trial is an important part of our recruitment process. It gives us the opportunity to see how you work, assess whether you're a good fit for our team, and provide you with a genuine insight into what a career in domestic cleaning involves.
Just as importantly, it gives you the chance to experience the role firsthand and decide whether it's the right fit for you. We believe the best employment relationships are built when both the employer and employee are confident it's the right match.
Step 4 - Welcome
If the trial is a success and both you and our team feel it's the right fit, we'll provide you with our onboarding package, including your employment paperwork, contracts, policies, procedures, and other important information. We encourage you to take the time to read through everything carefully before returning the completed documents.
Once your paperwork has been finalised, you'll begin your training.
At Mums On The Run Cleaning, every new team member completes our training program, regardless of previous cleaning experience. This ensures all of our cleaners deliver the same consistently high standard of service that our clients know and trust.
During your training, you'll learn our systems, techniques, and expectations, along with practical tips and industry best practices that will help you work efficiently and confidently. Our goal is to set every team member up for long-term success while maintaining the quality and consistency that our business is known for.
Position Details
What We Provide
At Mums On The Run Cleaning, we supply everything you need to perform your role to a professional standard. You'll be provided with a backpack vacuum, mop and bucket, along with all the cleaning products and equipment required for each shift.
All new team members are employed on a casual basis, with a current hourly rate of $33.85 per hour (plus superannuation).
Your safety and wellbeing are important to us. We are fully insured and covered by WorkCover, giving you peace of mind while you're on the job.
We also recognise the time and cost involved in travelling between clients. That's why we pay a kilometre allowance for travel between jobs, as well as paying you for the time spent driving from one client to the next during your working day.
